Important notes
Presenters may opt for either an oral or a poster presentation.
If they choose a poster presentation, the following guidelines must be followed.
The poster should contain the following:
Abstract
Introduction/Motivation
Objectives
Theory/Materials/Methods
Main findings/Results
Conclusion
Selected References
Acknowledgement (if applicable)
Contact details (optional), so that interested delegates may contact you.
Data, in units that are generally accepted in scientific publications (international metric system is preferred)
The poster must be prepared using the following template.
The poster format must be in Portrait A1 size (594 x 841 mm).
No poster stand will be provided by the organizer. The participant must bring along the stand or any suitable equipment like poster board to display the poster.
The cost of printing and stand shall be borne by the participants.
Participants can use their creativity for the poster design to make it visually appealing yet informative and include essential content.
