Abstract and Poster

1. Abstract submission is open online until 1ˢᵗ August 2025

2. All abstracts must be submitted exclusively via the Google Form.

3. Abstract must be written in English or Bahasa Melayu.

4. The title must be clear, concise, and grammatically correct. Please avoid using abbreviations in the title.

5. It is the author’s responsibility to submit an abstract with correct spelling and grammar.

6. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the committee. The review process is confidential, and the decision is final.

7. Late submissions will NOT be entertained.

8. The following Abstract Template must be used.

1. The poster should describe: 

   • materials and/or technology

   • problem statement and research motivation

   • literature review (optional)

   • novelty of research and/or approach

   • research methodology, and 

   • potential applications

2. The poster must contain three logos, namely MASS, iMTC 10.0 & ICTC 3.0, and UPM logos.

3. The poster format must be in Portrait A1 size (594 x 841 mm).

4. For physical poster display, no poster stand will be provided by the organizer. The participant must bring along the stand or any suitable equipment like poster board to display the poster.

5. The cost of printing and stand shall be borne by the participants.

6. Participants can use their creativity for the poster design to make it visually appealing yet informative and include essential content.
